Like the last two weeks, I search some workouts on Youtube to train. This new sport routine is great! I like it very much! But I really miss swimming!💦
The workouts I watch the most are from a Youtube channel called: Madfit. It's a girl who does workouts to the rhythm of a song!🎶 So, they are super fun but also very intense at the same time💃. I try to practice exercises of specific parts and whole of my body. I will finish quarantine being super strong and fit!💪 (I hope so...😊).
